Workshop Description

The RoboSports Wrestling competition trains participants to skillfully maneuver their robot for tactical advantage, as well as building their capacity for strategic engagement in a one-on-one duel. Seniors will be tested on their coding abilities, as well as their usage of sensors to make the robot identify and engage an opponent automatically, as well as implementing offensive and defensive algorithms to knock the opposing robot out of the ring without any manual intervention. Each participant will receive a complementary coaching session before the competition. It will be held on the same day as the competition. Participants may select only one training category and slot to ensure more students can benefit from this STEM exposure opportunity. Slots are limited. Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment and submission of the payment receipt. For RoboSports Wrestling: 1. Team Category: Up to a maximum of 2 participants per team. 2. Focus: Emphasis on robotics design, structure, and strategy. 3. For Senior Primary Level and Above: Includes sensor applications in addition to design and structure elements. 4. Robot Amount: Maximum 1 per team.
