Workshop Description

The RoboSports Wrestling competition trains participants to skillfully maneuver their robot for tactical advantage, as well as building their capacity for strategic engagement in a one-on-one duel. Juniors will be trained on their manual control skills by using controllers to pilot their robot, as well as their reactive tactics to force their opponent out of the designated ring. Each participant will receive a complementary coaching session before the competition. It will be held on the same day as the competition. Participants may select only one training category and slot to ensure more students can benefit from this STEM exposure opportunity. Slots are limited. Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment and submission of the payment receipt. For RoboSports Wrestling: 1. Team Category: 1-2 participants per team. 2. Focus: Emphasis on robotics design, structure, and strategy. 3. Robot Amount: Maximum 1 per team.
