Workshop Description

The RoboSports Football competition trains participants in the remote operation of a mobile robot for offensive and defensive plays, as well as building teamwork to execute coordinated strategies on the field. Seniors will be tested on their advanced maneuvering abilities by using remote control for precise positioning and passing, as well as their tactical coordination with teammates to create scoring opportunities and defend their own goal. Each participant will receive a complementary training session (30 minutes) in the morning before the competition that will occur in the afternoon. Participants are limited to one training category to ensure more students can benefit from this STEM exposure opportunity. Slots are limited. Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment and submission of the payment receipt. For RoboSports Football: 1. Team Formation: Each team consists of 1-2 participants. 2. Focus: Sports-oriented robotics challenges.
