Drone Transporter
Drone Transporter
Navigate. Deliver. Dominate.
Workshop Description
The Drone Transporter challenge trains participants to program a drone for a multifaceted, autonomous mission, building their skills in solving complex logistical and tactical challenges entirely through code. Participants will be tested on their ability to program the drone to autonomously navigate a challenging obstacle course, operate a robotic arm to precisely release payloads into designated containers, and engage a defensive tower with a targeted shot, all before executing a safe return to base. This is a team challenge for one to two participants. On Your Chosen Day: Attend Workshops: Workshops are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, but are available for pre-booking. If a session is full, you will be asked to queue for the next available one. Compete: After completing the workshop, you will immediately proceed to the competition area to show off your talent! Important Rules: Each participant may only attend the selected workshop once. Participants may attend other category workshops that are available. Each participant may only enter the selected competition once. Participants may attend other category competitions that are available. Both the workshop and the competition must be completed on the same day. Attending a workshop on Friday to compete on Saturday is not permitted. Event Conclusion: Day 3 (16/11/2025): This day is reserved for final tiebreakers (if necessary) and the Award Ceremony. There are no workshops or new competition entries on this day. For Drone Transporter: This challenge uses AI-powered drones; proficiency in programming is key to mission success. The mission involves multiple stages: navigation, payload delivery, and target engagement. Teams must code solutions for all phases to complete the challenge. Participants will receive hands-on guidance and instruction from our experts during the workshop.
